I searched for the keyword lotus in the PDF Users Guide and got no responce.
So it appears that Numbers is not Lotus aware.
I don't know this product but you do.
If there is a way to export a sheet in text mode WITH the formulas, we may hope that you would be able to paste such a text file into a Numbers's table.
Of course you will have a lot of duty to edit the formulas to accomodate them to Numbers's syntax and you will have to rebuild your charts.
Downlad the trial version.
Open the PDF User guide and look at the functions descriptions.
Doing that you will see if the gap between functions used in you sheets and functions available in Numbers is acceptable or is not.
